The titles on this list are our panel's recommendations for the 4 to 8 age range, however readers are able to choose books from any of our booklists to complete the Readers' Quest. Many children in this age group may find the books on the read aloud booklist suitable to read. We simply ask that participants try to read books that at least match their reading age (it’s a quest after all!).

1. Simply read 10 books choosing at least 7 from our specially prepared booklists (you can read up to 3 non-booklist books if you wish).  Download the 4 to 8 booklist
2. Record the books you read on your reading record form. Download the reading record form.
3. When you've finished you can download and print the Readers' Quest certificate ( colour | mono ).
